Leslie Beale is an experienced attorney who has spent her entire career advising clients on their employment and other business-related issues. She does not need to learn on the job or charge you for hours of research on basic topics. She knows the law as it relates to employers, executives, and small businesses, and invests significant time in staying up to date in these areas.
Ms. Beale is supported by of-counsel attorney Jessica Shafer. Ms. Shafer’s background includes experience in both large private firms, and as in-house counsel for a local company. Often, however, they cannot afford the high rates of large firms or employment or business law boutiques. At The Beale Firm, we are committed to offering our small and mid-size clients the same quality of representation they would receive at larger firms. We accomplish this through innovative billing structures, including the option of receiving up to 25 hours of legal advice for a flat fee of $5,000 per year.
